| Editorial Reviews:
Album Description Nicole C. Mullen has become one of the most loved and respected singer/songwriters in the Christian industry. Everyday People picks up right where the previous albums left off, offering a rang of worshipful songs from the danceable "This, This" to "Redeemer" like moments on "I Am". Reoccurring throughout Everyday People is a theme about real people, fans that have left an impact on Nicole, friends dealing with abuse, issues like freedom, and how all these people reconcile with their creator. Nicole has tapped mainstream producers James "Big Jim" Wright (Mariah Carey, Yolanda Adams) of Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis' Flyte Time Productions, as well as production duo Drew & Shannon (Andrew Ramsey & Shannon Sanders) (India Arie, Cindy Morgan, FFH) to expand the sonic palette, in addition to husband and long-time producer David Mullen and Tommy Sims.

Loved it! January 11, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I started with her signature CD (Nicole Mullen) and this one didn't make me look backward. I am so happy to have it. She blows me away with how she uses alternative music grooves to send messages that speak to life while we're living it.

A teen's review January 23, 2005 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Wow. What can I say? Nicole has a great voice and writes great songs. She wrote all of them except for "Everyday People", and they are just fabulous. I have her other album, Talk About It, and I have to say this one is a little different. I'd say it has a little more variety... some songs are more rap and some are just gospel, and there are some in between. She has so many different styles in there that it would please anyone. She has a twirly voice that just blows me away, and the lyrics are always touching. Some of my favorites are Message for You, This This, Music of my Heart, Bye Bye Brianna, Dancin' in the Rain, Gon' Be Free, and Valarie (which is like half the album!) I think this album came out September 2004. Overall it's great. You won't be disappointed.
