Good compilation. However, on some of the numbers the background music practically covers Jim's great voice. I know strings were in at that time, which really dates the recordings, but somehow they could be toned down a bit. Altogether, a great addition to your collection.

Just a true pleasure to sit back relax and listen. Everysong is enjoyable and the velvet voice of Jim Reeves is evident in every selection.

want to thank jim an his family for the 2nd only famous xmas card i recieved on line after santa checked in i filed it im sure patsee would agree my pen names are santas helper shdfh an dr frankens helper in case i forget i wont forget you as jim says in one of his thongs tttttthhhhhuuuurrrrsssdddaaay i cant i dont know how it works ...raymond ...still thirsty after sll these tyears ...ps you can consider this belated or early or???

I introduced my elderly parents to the world of CDs by buying them a very easy CD player to use and the Jim Reeves CD was one of the first CDs I purchased for them. They love the selection of songs and are really enjoying it.
