 My Love - Ultimate Essential Collection January 6, 2009
This CD has a lot of OLD recordings, which I already have. There is not enough detail on the Amazon listing. The quality of the recording is not a "10"....should be a "6". I'm disappointed.

This album compilation is simply wonderful. one can enjoy hours of easy listening music and her very best ballads and up tempo songs. Her beautiful voice brushes wonderfully through each and every song. Even if one is not a Celine fan, this 2CD is definitely one to keep in his collection.
Cant stop listening ... January 2, 2009
In the last ten years I have heard many songs of Celine Dion in films, on soundtracks, my favorite radio station etc., yet I never came around to buy a CD from her.
I bought this double CD to listen to her best songs and I just cant stop listening to it. This is a double CD where you can enjoy EVERY single song thats on it !!
First is obviously her clear and beautiful voice, but its also that her (love) songs come across believable. It doesnt sound like somebody that is just reading the text. Its in how she pronounces the words that make it so enjoyable to listen to.
I can not rave enough for this CD.
It's an absolute terrific CD and highly recommended !!
Awesome choice for those that just want greatest hits December 31, 2008
I own every Celine CD and I adore just about every song on them. There are wonderful songs that were never released as singles but I can play them over and over again because I have all the CDs. My Love- is a great way to own just about every single Celine has ever come out with, without needing to by all her other CDs. Just about every song on it is familiar and there are even a couple of pleasant surprises.
All the major songs are on here and some of her lesser ones (that I adore as well) like, 'I drove all night', 'My Love', River Deep, Mountain High, and The Prayer duet. Just all wonderful to listen to. The only tiny gripe I have is with the song, 'Love Can Move Mountains'. For some reason i detest that song, but she chooses to sing it at her concerts and to include it on here. I NEVER listen to that one. But really, that's about it. Every other song is so worth it and I'm glad she finally chose to come out with a true greatest hits CD.
Yes, there are a few songs I wish were on here, but you can't make everyone happy. But this comes pretty close!
